Your satisfaction is our top priority—we want you to love our products as much as we do! To ensure the best experience, we kindly ask that you inspect your order upon delivery. If the item doesn't meet your expectations, you may return it immediately with the courier and pay only the shipping fees.

To be eligible, items must meet the following criteria:

1. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original "as-new" condition.

2.Requests must be submitted within the same day of delivery.

Please note that requests made after the first day of delivery or items showing signs of wear are not eligible for exchange or return and will be sent back to the customer.

Defective or Incorrect Items

We offer a full refund or free exchange at no additional cost to you, provided you notify us within the first day of delivery.

Processing & Fees

All shipping fees for returns or exchanges are covered by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Please allow 1-2 business days for your return or exchange to be processed and 10-16 business days for your exchange or refund to be processed.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your desired item is sold out, we will offer an alternative or a refund.
