We kindly request that you inspect your order before the courier departs to ensure that it meets your expectations. If you are not satisfied with your order, please return the package to the courier and pay only for the shipping fees.
Please note that once the order has been received, we are unable to process any returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Shipping within Cairo and Giza usually takes 2 to 4 business days. For the Red Sea and North Coast, please allow up to 7 business days. Shipping to other regions across Egypt usually take 3 to 5 business days.

Please note: Orders are processed and dispatched on Wednesdays and Saturdays at 2:00 PM. Any orders placed after 2:00 PM on dispatch days will be shipped on the next scheduled dispatch day.
