Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority—we want you to love our products as much as we do! To ensure the best experience, we kindly ask that you inspect your order upon delivery. If the item doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it immediately with the courier and pay only the shipping fees.
Furthermore, If you are still unsatisfied with your purchase and decide on a return or exchange after the courier has left, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to submit a request. To be eligible, items must meet the following criteria:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original "as-new" condition.
•Requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
•To request a return or exchange simple send us a DM on Instagram, and our customer service team will guide you through the process.
Note: Requests made after the 14-day window or items showing signs of wear are not eligible for exchange or return and will be sent back to the customer.
Defective or Incorrect Items
We take pride in our quality, but if we’ve made a mistake (wrong item or manufacturing defect), we will fix it. We offer a full refund or free exchange at no additional cost to you, provided you notify us within the 14-day window.
Processing & Fees
• All shipping fees for returns or exchanges are covered by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Please allow 10–14 business days for your exchange or refund to be processed.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your desired item is sold out, we will offer an alternative or a refund.
Refund Method
For a smooth and secure transaction, please note our refund procedures:
• All refunds are processed exclusively through Instapay.
• Once your return is inspected and approved, our team will request your IPA (Instapay Address) or the mobile number linked to your account.
